Randy Doty, a proud North County native, was born and raised amidst the scenic landscapes of Atascadero. After graduating from Atascadero, he embarked on a successful journey in the business world, becoming a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong foothold in marketing and advertising for over 30 years. Randy is not only a dedicated professional but also a committed family man, happily married with four children. His role as a proud papa brings immense joy to his life. Outside the boardroom, Randy finds solace in the company of friends and family, often indulging in outdoor adventures like camping. He maintains a healthy lifestyle through regular workouts and extends his passion for sports by coaching, reflecting his well-rounded dedication to both personal and community well-being. 

 Andrew Polowy, the IT Production Coordinator for What's Up North County, is a tech enthusiast with a background in Information Technology. He oversees the organization's digital infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations. Andrew's expertise in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and software development, coupled with his proactive approach, keeps Whats Up North County at the forefront of technological innovation. Known for his excellent communication skills and teamwork, Andrew is dedicated to optimizing workflow processes. Beyond work, he actively engages in tech-related pursuits and community initiatives promoting digital literacy. Andrew Polly is a key player in Whats Up North County's commitment to excellence in technology. 

Embedded in North County's fabric, this individual's journey unfolds as a narrative of commitment and passion. A graduate of Paso Robles and Cuesta College, they've deepened their roots in the community they've called home for a lifetime. Family is central, with a marriage and the joy of parenting two sons and a grandchild.

In the realm of Design and Printing, they bring over 30 years of expertise, leaving an indelible mark professionally. Beyond the corporate realm, their heart beats with a commitment to giving back. For 15 years, they've volunteered tirelessly for Youth Sports and High School sports, positively influencing the lives of many.

As a virtuoso of the strings, they've dedicated over 37 years to playing guitar and crafting emotive songs. Their musical journey has been adorned with accolades, including the prestigious 2023 New Times Magazine Music Award. In 2012, their talent earned them a coveted spot on New Rock 107.3's best of CD.

Expanding their musical legacy, they've released three full-length CDs brimming with original compositions. The stage has witnessed their presence, opening for iconic bands such as BuckCherry, Quiet Riot, and Puddle of Mudd. Adding another dimension to their multifaceted persona, they also host the "What's Up North County New Music" show, providing a Backstage Pass to the local music scene. Their life is a symphony of artistic brilliance, community dedication, and a profound love for family.
